I offer niche-based and limited general business and speaking services. These will be offered on a case-by-case basis and clients chosen based on various factors. Our partnership and engagement are determined after the initial inquiry. In the event of a conflict of interest with my employer either due to business conflict or time conflict/commitments, unfortunately, no services can be offered (I’ll be glad to try to connect you to a different consultant or assist in that if possible). 

In general, speaking engagements and sessions for planning meetings or conferences will be more readily available than other services. However, please inquire if you see a value in some consulting services and we can determine if there is a fit and no conflicts exist.

General Services

• Primarily focused on veteran-owned businesses. Others can be discussed on a case-by-case.
• Merger and Acquisition Support Services – general advisement, broker connection, valuation services, due diligence resourcing.
• Government Contracting C-Level Executive Coaching/Consulting Services – Only offered to Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Businesses (and all conflicts will be avoided) on a case by case.
• General Business (non-govcon) Business Consulting/Coaching Services
• Marketing and Branding Consultation
• All Conflicts with my Day to Day Job will be Cleared Prior to Engagement. Conflicts could include business-related conflicts or time conflicts. 

Fees

• To be discussed based on the engagement, requirement, and my availability.
• M&A services will include basic hourly or retainer fees and applicable services on the customer’s behalf. 

Speaking Services

• Speaking session(s) for small group and strategic planning events
• Conference panels/keynotes
• General leadership support discussions 
• Note: I’m a CEO in govcon – and when speaking for an event specifically related or beneficial to my current company, there is no payment to me personally. Those are specific company-related events. Events that use my expertise and are found through this website, social media, or outside of my work will have a fee paid to LND Mindset, LLC.
